True Deliverance Outreach Ministries, is the place, where there is a word from the Lord and God is making the Impossible possible. We are a purpose driven ministry, of prayer, power and praise. Called to bring Deliverance, to the total man, by preaching and teaching, the Word of God, with simplicity and power. The anointing of God is always present and lives are being transformed. We believe in empowering a people to walk in their God given purpose, being an example of the believer, in word and indeed.
Overseer, Pastor Shirley Ard
It is indeed a blessing and honor to introduce to you the ministry of Prophetess Shirley Ard, one who is called, chosen, and appointed for such a time as this. She is the fifth child, born December 30th, in Gulfport, Mississippi, to Bennie T. Benjamin Sr. and Frances Benjamin. Being raised in a certain denomination she was taught that God didn’t call or use women in certain positions of the church. In spite of her teaching and her personal belief in 1982, while in Baumholder, Germany under the leadership of now, Dr. Albert & Ester Green, the Lord saved and called her to be an Evangelist.
